Got my things delivered with a broken shelf, when i called and told them they said oh. Oh... No solution. The customer service should be alot better .
Have been renting from them for awhile they were better before they moved across town. But they still are decent to rent from.
I have been a customer for 15 years off and on and since they have combined stores the cutomer service mainly with the store manager has gone down hill he is the most rudest man I have ever met ... bring back the old rent a center with personable managers and customer commitment ... if it werent for us customers they wouldn't be in business ...
For all who will read if your paying the 3 dollar a week fee for benefits plus or insurance let it be known that once you pay off the product you dont have continued insurance on that item ... They neglected to tell me that once paid off you need to pay 3 dollars a week for a year in order to have that added insurance...
