Worst service ever. Employees yell at you if you tell them the order is wrong.Actually threatened to call the police because we wanted our money back because we were afraid to let them touch our food after they yelled at us for complaining the order was wrong. The employees all had attitudes like we were bothering them. Clearly they should not be in food service or anything dealing with the public in any way. The employees dont wear their masks properly. Over the nose & mouth people, not under your nose or on your chin. They are handling food & that is not only disgusting but against everything the CDC says about proper mask wearing.
For a positive I feel like this place has delicious coffees but on a negative note it's way too expensive.
Great experience here! Very polite and the order was perfect. Best service I've ever experienced at a Dunkin Donuts.
I usually don’t write bad reviews, but I’ve been to this dunkin 10 times now and they get the order wrong every time. I just wanted hot coffee with two sugars. And they gave me a cold latte in a hot cup.nnThe manager came out, she was really sweet and got my order right. But the workers are lazy, slow, and rude to customers.
The last 4 times I've gotten my coffee it's tasted the water and sugar grains on bottom as I ask for liquid sugar so this should not be a issue I've gone there alot and only had issues the last cple times
