Great customer service at Bear's! We are looking for a very specific item and while it isn't something Bear's carried in stock, Greg went above and beyond to help us try and locate the item and made a call to price it for us not long before they closed for the day. I had a GREAT experience. Scott and Mr. Bear were terrific on the advice on what would be a good fit for me. The quality is excellent and the prices were more than reasonable. The high end stores in Indianapolis could not touch the prices for such quality. I definitely will be purchasing other furniture from them. Relocating is hard enough and I am so glad I found Bears Furniture. I know I am getting quality furniture and it was a positive experience from the time I walked in until the time I walked out.
