As myself and my 70 year old mother were struggling to move two mattresses into my storage unit, Mr. Bloom and another employee immediately came over and graciously moved the items themselves. Though they were there for another customer, they saw we needed some assistance and stepped in. It may have been a small act for them, but was a huge help to me.
