Yo Kenton is da manager up here and he gets STUFF DONE. I love this store, these dudes are funny and always fix my stuff. Galesburg store is full of robots. I be back!

Kenton was super helpful, friendly and professional. When I asked a Verizon employee at another location about a promotion, they were not familiar with the promotion and couldn’t answer my question whatsoever. Kenton was very knowledgable, knew exactly what I was asking about, and answered all of my questions... and even made sure I was able to get the phone model I really wanted! He’s awesome and I highly recommend him. Super pleased with my experience and he went out of his way to meet and exceed my needs. Thank you! :)

This place is amazing. Juan was super helpful getting me into a new phone. I was previously with U.S Cellular and they would always try and talk me into getting a new phone and I hated it! There service hasn’t been the most reliable either. But when I came into Verizon I was greeted so nicely by Juan. He did not jump in right away and asked about getting a new phone. He instead talked about my needs and what I needed from my phone. I highly recommend this place and will continue to come here.

I cannot say enough about this place of business. All the staff employed are friendly and knowledgeable. However, I interacted exclusively with Juan over the course of two days, in regards, to a specific problem involving wireless internet devices and compatibility with my laptop. Problem was identified and then solved with ease. Juan was exceptional! The time that he took to assist me was greatly appreciated by me. He really went to great lengths to make sure that I had a clear understanding of how the new equipment works and the new adjustments in billing before I left the store. It was not just about making a sale. Everything was geared to fit my specific needs. I left the store feeling very confident and very satisfied.nThank you so much, Juan.nThe new equipment is working flawlessly!
