I ordered some chairs from Carissa and a few other staff at Lincoln Office. Was able to visit and look at fabric samples / different chair options in person, and handle everything else offline, for a personal purchase. Very nice to interact with, professional and helpful. Her and others on staff looking out for things every step of the way (ordering -> delivery). Price was competitive with others in the area and based on what I ordered.nnThanks! Love the chairs and very happy with the process.
