All is well that ends well. I came back a couple weeks after a hitch install to get a brake controller installed. Should have taken 1.5 hours, but something was delaying the wiring to the Brake Switch... because it got broken. Kat was cool and asked her manager to have a look and see about reimbursing the replacement. Manager was cool and said get a quote/receipt for the repair and bring it back. $10 part, quick replacement and I came back for them to finish the job. Manager comped the installation fee, so I just paid for parts since this fiasco shot my whole Friday. Mistakes happen, but they did the right thing by taking responsibility for it and serving the customer.
Rented a trailer to me and my stepfather a week and a half ago never said a word about my license being expired but suddenly they can't rent one to me now. I understand it's their rules but at least be consistent with it. And someone ought to know that they'll break a rule like that and then deny it to your face that they ever did.
Best service I have had in months from a business. The manager David went above and beyond. He is prompt and very accommodating. I will recommend all my friends and family to use this location. Thanks David for everything!!
the GM is super cool, rented a trailer mot knowing that I get a free month of storage. I thought it was only on trucks, but nope trailers as well. I had a lock but not the right kind needed, he helped me out there get the right kind of lock as well. plus helpfull with everying getting intomy 10x10 unit. I do think more ppl need to come rent here.
