Called to get my ipad's cracked screen fixed and this was the only place that was able to order the parts and get it repaired the next day. The owner was great to chat with and very professional. Pricing was great too. I'd definitely recommend going there for any device repairs! Thanks guys!
Last week I discovered by 35mm digital camera no longer had power. Since my new battery would not solve the problem I took the camera to the 911 Tech Repair in Crystal Lake. The gentleman solved my problem and now my camera works again. Thank goodness I did not need to buy a new camera after all. So if you ever need repair work on your camera, cell phone or laptop, I highly recommend 911 Tech Repair. I give them 2 thumbs up.
Having to get your phone/computer repaired is similar to having to get your car fixed. You don't know who to trust or if you're going to get ripped off. On my first iPhone screen crack, I called a couple places and 911 Tech Repair had the best price. Not only that but the owner is very knowledgeable and reliable. Over the last few years, I have used them to fix at least 4 screens (for my 3 kids), water damage phone repair, and a brand new laptop accident. I will continue to do business with him because he's gained a loyal customer with me.
If you have any problems with your phone's or tablets or computers this guy really knows his stuff! Frank is top notch is honest and fair, and most of all he's very professional and an expert in his field. I highly recommend everyone going here!
I’ve had to bring in my computer a few times to have fixed and not only are the prices fair, the service is amazing. I got constant updates while they had my computer and the turnaround was very quick. I would use them anytime. I drive a little further just to have them work on my tech because I trust them!
