Therapeutic and experienced massage therapists in a clean, quiet, relaxing environment. Chinese style massage is well known for foot massage and this place doesn't disappoint. Acupressure massage works well on knots. Courteous and respectful front desk staff. They accommodate pressure level that you feel comfortable at. All therapists I tried there, did an excellent job kneading the neck, shoulders, back, arms, and legs. Stone massage is helpful and healing. I feel safe and well cared for whenever I get to go to Yu's spa in Palatine.

We made an appointing in advance, chose a package of services and agreed on everything. 5 minutes before appointing, they wanted to change our time and serve someone in front of us. We arrived on time! They said that the price has changed, they forgot to warn us and that you need to pay extra! They work like scammers!

Love love love this place, so relaxing, amazing staff, insanely low prices! And the foot soak ud83eudd24 I come at least once a month!! Amazing for couples massage!!

I have visited this place several times and I am very happy with the 60 min and the 90 min massage. The prices are affordable, relaxing atmosphere and very friendly staff.
