I’ve never been so excited for a product I’ve purchased in my life. The in store buying experience was fantastic (thanks Ogie)! The way they guide you through the demonstration of the various aspects of the product, quality, and design options was so fun. Honestly, it was a joy from start to finish. The intelligence behind the product is amazing and so innovative. I think we will be customers for life and never get a couch anywhere else. And, we plan to tel everyone we know about this amazing company.

We went to the Deerpark location in Illinois. It was a FANTASTIC experience. Our sales girl was so so soooo helpful and not the least bit pushy. Which I LOVE!! We were just looking after researching online. We wanted to see and touch and measure but had no intention of making a purchase at that time. We decided right then that we couldn't live another day without that couch. I think if this visit wasn't so pleasant and relaxed, we would have left without closing the deal. THANK YOU Deerpark staff!! You're wonderful!!

Shefali was absolutely incredible! We bought a sactional and a pillowsac bundle. We experienced phenomenal customer service from the moment we walked in the door. I was late and still she didn’t mention it and welcomed my partner and I. We have full confidence in our purchase thanks to Shefali. I am so excited to receive our order, this was a great decision. She took her time going through all the fabrics and even helped us figure out the perfect setup for our living room with the blocks. Which are a great tool in themself. If (when) I buy more units to add on, I will definitely make sure to go in when Shefali is working. I highly recommend it! I absolutely love the versatility of all the units and had a wonderful experience in the deer park lovsac show room. THANK YOU, SHEFALI!!!
