I cannot recommend Jeff at the Deer Park location enough. Buying a new bed is a big deal. The older we get the more money we tend to invest in them as we age into back/neck/joint problems. I had a backup plan with a friend to get me out of there if I needed help, fortunately said backup plan was not needed. Jeff really listened to my concerns and what I was looking for. Throughout testing each bed he explained everything and how the different options best fit my needs. I left feeling satisfied with my purchase and am greatly looking forward to getting my new bed. Public outings can be stressful with the pandemic, you can call ahead to find out if the store is busy or set private appointments. Excellent care all around!

Extremely satisfied with our experience at Sleep Number in Deer Park! Jeffery and Gary are excellent. Can't say enough positive things about the product and service!! We had so much fun finding our mattress and learning all about it. Very impressed with the technology, we had no idea all the things Sleep Number beds could actually do! Everything exceeded our expectations.

Very happy with our shopping experience at the Deer Park SleepNumber Store. Jason answered all our questions and was gracious when we didn’t purchase it that day. We don’t normally buy impulsively when something is that expensive. We came back two days later and there were three other salesmen. Jason was with another customer so it gave us the ability to ask questions of the others. They too were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Kudos to all at the Deer Park store.

Was a real pleasure spending time learning about our sleep number and how the 360 could change the way we sleep. Our salesman was exceptional and was well experienced with 30 years with sleep number training installers. With covid in mind the store was clean and sterile and they all were observing social distancing and wore masks even when not involved with our sale. I would recomend anyone who is remotely interested in learning about a sleep number bed to stop by this store.
