I was greeted and welcomed immediately upon entering the store by the store manager, who then went out of his way to provide me the most economical solution after I explained that the purchase was for our non-profit organization. The entire process was extremely positive and the service exceptional. I also noticed how immaculately clean and organized the store was. A very impressive experience all around!
Jessica and Arnie were great to work with on getting a new bed. We tried many mattresses but knew that we didn’t want anything firm. Once we picked the one we wanted it was easy from there. I made the payment and our delivery went off without a hitch! They did good fast work to get the bed set up. Made sure the base worked and they were done! Less than an hour! Thank you so much!!!
Great experience. Arnie was very knowledgeable, trustworthy and good to work with. Communicated well and worked with us in giving us the best deal possible as well as helped get us into what I hope to be a great mattress. I returned to this store for a mattress purchase because I received great service the last time around. This time, Tim Blahnik was the sales person I worked with.nnTim was very accommodating in helping to find a mattress and boxspring set that fell into my budget. There was no sales pressure at any point. Tim answered every question along the way.nnA very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this location for great service.
