Do not purchase flooring from Luna. After 4 years there is an issue with the padding. I had a carpet cleaner come out to determine an issue. Working with Luna to schedule a technician to come out is beyond frustrating. I’ll just go purchase carpet from a more reliable company.
Purchased carpet for a basement I recently finished. Caesar's install work was TOP NOTCH. I've got an eye for perfection and they surpassed even my expectations. I asked him to carpet the stairs in a certain way which took a bit more time, he didn't complain, just did it and did it perfectly. Their pricing on the carpet was great as well. I'd highly recommend these guys!

Had flooring done in my grandparents home. Salesman lied to them about their warranty, about the durability of the product. Now on a fixed income they’re going to have to spend even more money on their floor to get it fixed... again! Unbelievable they spend all that money and now they don’t stand behind their product.
DO NOT purchase from Luna!!!! We have used them twice in the past and this is NOT the same company since Empire bought them out. I purchased carpet from a sales guy that came to my home. When they came to install, they brought the wrong carpet. After 2 hours they were back with another carpet that didn' t match my, or the installers, order form. After an hour trying to get help from customer service I was told from the people in installation that this was the same carpet even though it has a different name and color name. After speaking to a sales manager, he told me they have this problem all the time since Empire bought them out. He said they have 2 carpets they use which are exactly the same. I was not old this at time of purchase. So, l am not sure what carpet ended up in my house, but it's not the carpet I picked out at purchase. They were also not willing to make it right. Go with someone else for flooring!!! Buyer beware!
