Erick at Eco Automated Designs has been terrific at providing support after installing a new Internet system for our home. I hired Erick to provide multiple AV and WiFi services in several rooms of my house. He clearly knows technology and provides clear recommendations. He gave me options to pick from (good, better, best). He only selects quality products and can explain the technology (unlike big boxes). His proposals were detailed and his work matched the proposals and he finished on time. His work took about 2 days. Since finishing his work 6 months ago, Erick has been available to solve typical tech issues like rebooting components etc. I am very happy with the work and the sound and video quality is even better than what I expected. I recommended him to a co-worker who was also very happy with his work.

Called Eco on a Friday evening in a panic when our smart-home system went down unexpectedly, even though we were not previous customers. Erick came by late in the evening after a long day and had us back up and ruining in no time! Super knowledgeable and very friendly. Needless to say, his responsiveness was off the charts! Couldn’t be happier and could not possibly recommend them any higher......
