Great products. Friendly staff. They really do an excellent job. I had to ask for help with my Mac. They were awesome! They gave me great service. I always prefer Mac to Windows. This is a great store. I love it!
Happy to see the store is fully open now. The process was smooth, picked up my repaired laptop no problem. Now, don’t ask me about having to pay $450 to repair a 2-year-old MacBook Air, but thats another issue for another time.
Don't waste your time by going into the store. If you need support, I recommend you call apple support. Calling apple support was so much more helpful than this store.nnI have been here 3 times in past month all regarding same issue and they have over complicated it.nnAlso, supervisor was a rude for no apparent reason.
Horrible listening & problem-solving skills. Would not make an appointment for my 10 year-old niece without her info. Said system wouldn't let them. I found the people who answered the phone today to be unprofessional & not helpful.
Brought in a laptop to be fixed after it got fixed a month before. Was shown 0 respect and was lied to by their “top genius.” Was told that the hard drive would’ve been replaced if the logic board bc they are the same. This was a total lie and later confirmed by Apple support. Will never be going there again.
