Friendly check out people not as friendly associate in the store. She seemed to be having a less than positive day. I asked about a wedge for elevating my 86 year old mother's feet and she just responded all my wedges are over there. If I had known where they were I wouldn't have asked in the first place. However the super friendly check out lady was fantastic.

I tried to preorder a comforter set that I was told was in stock. I arrived at the store a little bit early and was told it would take just a few minutes for my order to be processed. I walked around the store for awhile understanding that I was early and they need time. When I went back to the counter 20 minutes later I was told they were still running behind. I said, well I’m here now, can I just go pick out the bed set and check out? They told me no because I paid online and it has to be processed through the site before I can take it. I explained I will be back in the morning then. 2 hours later I received an email, “Sorry! Your order has been cancelled.” With no explanation....bad customer service and they don’t have what they say they do in stock. Very disappointing

I live in nw Chicago and the only store that had what I was looking for in stock was in Lake county in Deer park. I went out there, found what I wanted and met a very nice young lady l believe was a manager.nIt would be nice if all sales people were as helpful as she was.

The Crystal Lake store is a my favorite!! The store is always clean, organized and well stocked!! My last visit was exceptional because of Karen L. I had 2 separate returns and she made them simple and quick!! I did my shopping and of course had to allow Karen to provide me with her excellent customer service!! She made my day twice!! I hope she's always working when I'm shopping because she definitely made it SO much better!!
