I recently got married at Eagle Ridge and was very hesitate to use the spa services for not only myself being the bride but also for my bridal party. I did my trail months before the wedding and the makeup they did was awful. The hair was fine but nothing like the pictures I presented to them. I followed through since I had no other option - being COVID-19 and all other services for my date were booked in advanced. Please make sure you do some digging before booking and go with your gut. Communication was poor from my makeup/hair trail up until my wedding day. I had provided a schedule to the manager Julie of which girls will be going at what time -this was also communicated to shuttle services, makeup girl and photographer. Once they arrived my schedule which I provided to my entire wedding party and vendors & my new mother in law was not what the manager had on her agenda. Each girl was given a different time slot, rushed and half of them hated their hair. My mother in law had to wait for 45mins until she was seated and was late too pictures. They wanted to get people in the chair right when they walked in the door so they could leave sooner. I was told two people would be working on each of my wedding party and she brought three which through the entire timeline off. If I would have known Julie (the manager) would be providing an additional assistant I would have started the hair process later in the day. The day of anyone's wedding this SHOULD NOT HAPPEN- there should be no surprises - what was communicated to me regarding times should stick since this was communicated to the entire wedding party. I did end up having a lovely wedding but the one down side was having them as a vendor.
