Dr Rubach and the professionals in the practice were outstanding from start to finishnI finally got the courage to have a facelift and it is much easier than I thoughtnTurned out fine

Important read: My mom and I scheduled to go together. I was called the night before asking if Our appointment could change times from 1 to 1:30. We received a pretty rude call from the receptionist around 1:10 asking if we were coming and that what I said was wrong. I had a text confirming the right time too. When we arrived they were nice & accommodating to the miscommunication. Jill performed My Botox quick and easy. She got to my mom and suggested my mom had suffered from Bell’s palsy due to one of her eyelids “drooping” more than the other. I was appalled and my mom, who is already self conscious about this, is now concerned and self conscious. She has never been diagnosed with this so it’s a pretty serious thing to suggest.nnI understand this is the business of making people feel better about their insecurities but there are much better ways to ask someone if they’ve suffered from something. There are different ways and someone in the business should lift people up.nnWe will not be returning& I hope Jill gets more training on how to speak with customers, especially if something doesn’t “look normal.”

I have been wanting an otoplasty for a long time and I finally decided to go through with it. I am so happy I did! I am very pleased with my results. Dr. Rubach did a beautiful job and he and all the staff at the Center for Cosmetic and Laser Surgery were wonderful. They always made me feel welcome and taken care of. I had a great experience and would recommend Dr. Rubach and the Center for Cosmetic and Laser Surgery to anyone!

Don’t get your Botox with Jill, she is a nice person but she doesn’t know what she is doing. And the receptionist are rude and made people feel uncomfortable.
