Worst. Massage. Ever. Headed home to take some Advil. Jerky movements. Incomplete coverage. Massaged bones more than tissue.nHeaded back one more time to my first therapist who was amazing. Only went with a different therapist to accommodate my schedule. If I continue my membership I’ll have to stick with my tues/wed therapist! Today’s was awful...

I was happy to go there, till the Covid 19 started , I called and advised them of perhaps cancelling the membership for now till things get better, they in return, told me that they could do the monthly $5 fee till resumed and that the money was going towards the monthly fee once I returned that there was no way I would loose any money or the membership.nAfter I felt safe, I contacted MassageLuxe , and made an appointmentnhowever, Peggy the manager /owner gave two options and both getting more money, then she said it was OK to pay the difference for the monthly fee which was another $15 to get a massage which we both agree to do then few minutes later she called me back to tell me that she canceled the appointment, confirmed my address and she said she was sending me a check refund for $50 in the mail in addition she said she did not wanted me back . I thanked her for the offer and will wait for the check to come, I also I told her that there were many options out there for a good massage, no biggy!nUnfortunately, the customer service was not honest and felt bad that I had to fight back for my money or the services not provided.nI guess, it is her lost! another unhappy customer ..

This place is clean and safe. Everyone is nice and professional. My therapist Christina is amazing. I can't wait to book my next appointment.

Great place! It’s beautiful, serene, clean and I’ve gotten some of the best massages in my life here. I’ve been getting massages at least once a month for over 20 years so I’m very elitist when it comes to spa services.
