I found this place online and noticed it had no reviews, so I gave it a shot because on their website the prices were much better than other places. I tried the beginner level which cools the chamber to -150 below zero, but will be going in for future sessions at the max setting of -212 below. I opted for the membership with 6 sessions for 99$ a month, but there is a possibility I may opt for the unlimited package.nnAs far as the effectiveness of the treatment goes, I chose the 99$ package to test that out further. I slept very well the night I first tried it out, and I feel a noticeable reduction in muscle soreness after a heavy training day at the gym. I don't know if this is a placebo effect or not, but I'm getting some kind of benefit from it so far. I'll provide further updates as I continue my treatment.
