I have visited the Naperville stores several times and I have yet to be disappointed. Aisha is exemplary model for ideal sales assistance. She was thoughtful, very knowledgeable of her store's products and most of all never pushed me to make a choice or decision.She smiled through every decision I altered. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or wished for a more helpful fellow citizen of this planet.

From when first walked in the door I knew my experience would be a pleasant one. I have been considering a massage chair for years and Relax The Back was the defining factor. Evan greeted us and answered all our questions without pressure. Evan spent a considerable amount of time demonstrating each chairs features to be certain our choice was the perfect model for our needs. He gave us time to decide and it was Evan's excellent customer service that brought us back for our purchase.

I came to Relax The Back because my husband was in severe pain with disc injury, unable to receive the anesthesia procedure he needed yet, and was unable to sit comfortably. Evan was SO incredibly helpful in getting a zero gravity chair delivered to us quickly. He went out of his way to make arrangements with his team to deliver the chair even sooner than promised. I'm so impressed with the communication from the delivery team as well. If you're looking for outstanding customer service, Relax The Back is where to go!

Sales process was very efficient. Purchased on 8/6/20. Delivered 8/31/20. Paid to have chairs assembled and delivered. Assembly was terrible and not tested before delivery. One chair could not recline without force. Placed repair order and due to our location we had to wait until 10/5/20. Mechanism to recline needed to be replaced. Order for replacement arrived but we missed the monthly repair date so we are awaiting repair/replacement on 12/7/20.
