Courtney was the sales associate who helped me during my visit at Bob's in Aurora, IL. He was very friendly, outgoing, helpful, and easy to talk to! He was able to answer any questions I had and he went out of his way to show me different options to meet my needs & wants. He never pressured or pushed me to buy anything. It was a real pleasure working with Courtney during my visit and I will definitely be back to make more purchases in the future!

If I can give them 0 stars I would the workers are so easy going not pushy at all but they should be more honest with the delivery date and not lie about it. I purchased a living room and dining room set and it’s been 4 months and I keep getting emails with them pushing my things back. I went in talk to manager told them that’s not the date they had told me he said I’m sorry if you want me can cancel and you can look somewhere else! I’m sorry but they could have told me that 4 months ago before I purchase my furniture. If you are looking for furniture now this will not be your place.

Due to product availability and my inability to get anyone on the phone, it took over a month to get my delivery scheduled. Two months after my purchase, the day before I was going to receive 2 of the three items we ordered, I got a text saying the ottoman was no longer going to be carried by the store. No phone call, no plan to replace, just “sorry, you’re SOL. Pick something else or cancel your order”.nnNo communication, no taking responsibility, no desire to make the sale. Don’t waste your time.

If I could give negative stars I would. Please please read all the reviews on Facebook and social media before you shop here. They are 100% accurate. I ordered a table back in January and the delivery kept getting pushed back and I was understanding because of covid. I had my first delivery Saturday and the chairs were damaged so I rejected the order. Then schedule another delivery for Wednesday and the table was damaged so I rejected that order as well. I just scheduled another delivery and specified the time I needed it to be delivered and was told they can’t accommodate me? I’ve rearranged my schedule twice now just to receive damaged furniture. Plus the quality is not great. I’ve cancelled my order and will go to a more reputable company with better customer service and quality furniture. DO NOT shop here! The headache and hassle is not worth it. I’ve never dealt with a company like this before!!! So dissatisfied!

I bought some accent chairs in October of 2020 and paid for threshold delivery, since they were just chairs and were not large pieces of furniture. I discovered both chairs were defective once I brought them into my living room. Bob's does not accept returns once the product has been delivered (you can refuse delivery with the Bobtastic delivery option). These chairs were wobbly like an old bar table. They sent out 10 replacement chairs versus giving me a refund! All ten. All wobbly! I opened a claim with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Bob's finally agreed to a refund. They picked up the chairs on 03/03 and I am still working on obtaining that refund after being told it would take 7-10 days...today is day 21. In the meantime I have ordered new chairs from a local competitor and have had no wobbling problems, so the issue is not with my floors, but instead Bobs inferior merchandise. Prior to the new chairs I tested other pieces of furniture in this area and also did not have any issues.
