Terrific experience as always! Expert advice every time I go! They are always more than happy to answer any question I may have. It's going to be the third summer of being a pool owner, and I couldn't have picked a better place to buy my pool and all of my supplies from. I know with the help of the people at the Great Escape my pool will be cleaner than clean season after season! Best decision I've ever made!
It was a great experience! There was a very large selection to chose from, which was fantastic and we had an excellent sales person. He was able to answer all of our questions and did not hover, so allowed us our privacy but always showed up right when we had a question and needed him. We found just what we wanted and can't wait for it to arrive! We were also excited to be offered the service of the delivery people setting everything up. Would highly recommend!
Rob was great! He was very helpful and informative. He had an answer for every question I asked and had patience when I asked the same question multiple times. Customer service is very important to me and Rob was amazing.
Sales associate, Evan went well above expectations on our treadmill purchase.
