If you need your carpet repaired in the Chicagoland area, Andre “Dr. Dre” is YOUR carpet doctor! Contacted on a Sat. after hours for cigarette burns that my bf and I attempted to repair ourselves (which didn’t work), received a callback and scheduling info SAME DAY, and 2 days later, my carpet looks brand new. I mean, WOW; it really doesn’t even look like there was any damage. Carpet is seamlessly blended. Easy online scheduling. Quick repair. Upfront quote with no nonsense or surprises. Clear communication. Reasonable price for excellent RESULTS. Andre was professional, knowledgeable and just downright cool. He even took the time to explain his process and talk us through each step. I’d absolutely use him again for any carpet repair needs! Great guy, great work.

Andre is great. He returned my call quickly and got me into his schedule within a few days. Very fair pricing and great quality work! We’re very happy with the job he did. We hope we don’t need carpet repaired again but if we do, he’ll be the first and only call we make. Thank you Dr. Dre!

We didn't think the rippled carpet could be fixed. It wasn't just a ripple - it was almost a fold - and it occured in several places, including a long hallway into the room with several doors and a closet to deal with. Dr. Dre was convince he could fix it based on some pics I sent via phone, so we scheduled and moved what we could out of the room. The fix was great! I can't believe that it now looks as if the carpet was just put down new and it's 12 years old! Dr. Dre is a miracle worker with carpets and I am so pleased. He was on time, professional, and knows his craft. I can recommend him very highly!!!

Dr Dre worked magic on our carpet. We had 2 holes that were caused by our cats digging in corners, and he repaired them effortlessly. It's as if they were never there! He is a very friendly man and takes pride in his work. 10/10 would use Dre for any carpet repair in the future, and recommend his service!

Mr. Andre did a wonderful job stretching my carpet to remove all of the humps. He took his time to make sure everything was done properly. If you need your carpet stretched, I recommend his services.
