Jihan was very helpful in finding me a fridge with specific dimensions for my basement. Nice, clean, friendly store. Hope the fridge works out for me!

This is the first time I have posted a 1 star review. Long story short, I financed a refrigerator over 2 months ago. We did not accept the delivery, because delivery persons were unable to get through our door. Not to mention their unprofessionalism. We immediately canceled the order & financing. 10 phone calls later to the manager at American Freight in Naperville, IL, there has been NO follow through. Thus, this fraudulent charge is showing on my credit reports as non-payment.

NOT A LIVING WAGE THATS 1. 2 BAD TERRIBLE BEHAVIOR FROM ONE OF THE ASSOCIATES THATS 2. HMMMM LOOKS LIKE TIME FOR LOWER PRICES. BETTER DELIVERY COMPANY. KEEP IN MIND I DID DE-ESCALATION EVERY MONDAY MORNING. THE PAY FELT LIKE A PUNISHMENT. ASSOCIATE NEVER PITCHED IN BUT THOUGHT SHE WAS THE BOSS. WOWWWWW WE ALL JUST LEFT THAT PLACE. GET EM A LIFE RAFT. AND A BOOK ON INTEGRITY TO HARD WORKING CUSTOMERS. HAVE TO BE HONEST READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS HEARD THE COMMENTS FROM THE ASSOCIATE AS WELL. AWFUL. I USE TO GREET ALL OF YOU. Ordered online a refrigerator that said new out of box, no damage. What was delivered was a scratched and dented refrigerator. The store manager agreed to refund some of the purchase price if I kept it, but that never happened. No money was ever refunded. The refrigerator had a broken ice maker that required service, too. Phone calls were ignored and no call backs regarding the refund. I know I could take further but it isn’t worth the time or effort. Do yourself a favor and just go to Lowe’s or Home Depot. I will always discourage people from going here.
