Purchased a $2500,00 sofa that has been shoddy from the start. Less than having it a year, the arm was loose and the bottom cushion sagged. We are not overweight people so there was no reason for this, also no kids or pets either. Four years since purchase the other cushions are bunched in the middle. Called the store and were told the company that made our couch went out of business, surprise... Walter E Smith said they will fix it for $200 and $99 for pick up and $99 delivery. No thanks. Will never do business with them again. I’ve bought furniture cheaper that lasted years. If you buy from this store, make sure the furniture you choose is from a maker that is reputable and been in business for a long time and double check any warranty before buying.

I had such a positive experience at the Naperville location after a failed attempt in Oak Brook. Nancy was the difference maker! I came in with several specific requirements, including protection against pet stains and scratching. I had little design knowledge and Nancy successfully navigated me through the process, giving me several options. She also made me comfortable with the financing and delivery process. I will go straight to Nancy for future purchases and will highly recommend her for my family and friends.

Shopping experience was great. Worked with Loria as a designer and she was fantastic. Just ordered the furniture so I can't comment on that yet, but the quality and selection was best around.

Anna is very helpful and let us be on our own to look around. Show room is packed with stuff. Wish the set we picked out had all the pieces there, but that's just our luck. Most other sets had everything on the floor.

Smith at the Naperville location!....Kerri Murphy was professional, timely, organized and laid out a beautiful plan for my project! Her eye for color, texture and flow of a room layout was excellent! Thank you Kerri for helping me transform my everyday space! You are magical!
