Worst customer service. Decent pricing but you can guarantee you will wait for your delivery over multiple shipments. And the sarcasm of the employees when you call to follow up is ridiculous. I will never buy from here again and will share with everyone I know.

We ordered a dish washer in late August, they said it would be in in early September. It wasn't in even by early October and they never called us once to give an update on the schedule. I kept calling them to get the latest excuse for each additional week delay. We cancelled the order, bought it from Lowes, and it was delivered the day Lowes promised. Grants has still not refunded our $600 for the cancelled order and it is November!
