We shopped at several appliance stores but ultimately chose to buy from Grand because of their associate Tammy. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and just plain great to work with! I was on a time crunch and she found all 4 appliances we needed in stock and delivered on time. Thanks so much Tammy! This location also has a huge Jenn Air display and that helped a ton.

Fantastic experience! We were not excited about searching for a new dishwasher after going to some of the big box stores we really frustrated. When we walked in to Grand Appliance and TV we were greater warmly and not pressured. We ended up with a great dishwasher at a fabulous price!

Great appliances at nice prices. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly...except for one. The young man (sorry, didn't get his name) did not speak or even look at my sister, godfather, and me when we greeted him. Other than that, they'll work with you.

Not a good first impression.nWas in the store as I’m considering a whole kitchen suite, was not greeted upon entering and after 20 minutes looking at ranges and refrigerators STILL had not been approached by any employee to ask if I had questions. Another couple came in after I’d been there 15 minutes and was promptly greeted, though it sounded like they had been in before. Regardless, not a good way to treat any customer - known or not known.nnFinally I approached the counter where the first person (out of two) mildly rolled their eyes - as if I had offended them to address them with a legitimate question. Second was helpful.nnWill update my review if I decide to go back once I’m closer to buying. Couldn’t get much worse, but I’m reserving the right to update to 1 star if my next visit is like this one.nnFull transparency I only went because it’s close, and will try one more time, otherwise it’s off to ABT (again, despite the 45min drive) where I’ve never been treated like this.
