I went there to get a new battery for my laptop and Patrick was super helpful! Would highly recommend getting repairs done here as opposed to apple. The wait time at apple was just way too long (3 days!!) and the work is just as good here. Will come again in the future if I ever run into issues.
Haven’t had work done by them, yet. But I just talked to them on the phone and can say they are very nice, willing to give tone to help me and were honest about their thoughts on my apple screen and what costs I would be looking at.
