Came in because my computer flashed a message that it couldn’t boot up off the drive. Turns out it needed to be cleaned. Andy was detail oriented and gave me updates along the way. I was only without my computer for 48 hours. Not bad at all! Strongly recommend. If I have PC issues in the future I’ll absolutely come back!

PC Mart is the best computer shop I've worked with in the western suburbs. I had a 7+ year old gaming desktop that needed an overhaul. Their tech Anthony knew exactly which parts needed to be replaced for the performance specs I wanted. Also did a fantastic job routing the new build.
Good, efficient, straightforward service. I came in for a repair but they performed inspections, cleaning, and hardware adjustments as a bonus, which is always appreciated. Repair complete fast!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They keep you informed about their progress and options for repair. They have a show room also with refurbished equipment for sale. You can bring in your own hardware if you found a good deal on the Internet or do you know how to get a fair deal for a new hardware from them.
