The lady at the entrance didn’t let us by she started puffing her chest like she wanted to cause something they were mad rude didn’t want to help us with nothing
I had a great experience at this location. London (I hope I got the name right) was very helpful in setting my phone. She was outstanding. She went above and beyond helping me with what I was looking for.
They where extremely helpful with transferring my service.
Better to go to a different location, I am on the jump plan and when I asked how much it would be to upgrade they said I had to pay $300+ and that didnt make sense to me, so I went to the tmobile closer to my work and all I had to do was trade in my phone, didn't pay a single dollar. These guys are liars and crooks, they give a bad name to the tmobile workers who are actually doing their job and helping people.
These guys are liers and will not help you unless you are buying something from them.nThey lied about TMobile restocking fee policy in case of returning the device. In the past, they have lost my device that I was returning than didn't spend any effort in resolving the issue.nBetter to do coupe extra steps to go to the TMobile corporate store they would be giving you excellent service!
