Today I had a wonderful experience at this store. I got a new phone about a month ago and since day 1 have had major text messaging issues. Over the last month I went to 4 stores to try to get the issues resolved.nWhile I did get some suggestions and some help, no one spent the time or energy to fix things. Today Cindy Saavedra and Jose (I think the store manager) spent a lot of time and energy and resolved the issues. I ended up needing a new Sim card which no one else had suggested. I soooooo appreciated their wonderful customer service!!

Robert is an excellent rep. Took his time to walk through everything with my girlfriend and I. Was patient and thorough. Will always come back to see him. Store is always clean and everyone is super friendly

Robert is one of the best sales people I have had the pleasure in dealing with. It was a tough and awkward scenario why I was in the store but he made me feel comfortable. His patience was out of this world, there was a couple of hiccups but he handled it with care and nothing was stopping him from getting me a phone and my same number ! Which my same number was extremely important to me. I will continue going back to this store! Thank you Robert!!!!

The sales rep at this store totally messed up the order. So I ended up spending a lot of time on call with T-Mobile support to fix all those issues. One phone was shipped to the wrong address. An offer for free phone was not applied (luckily T-Mobile support was able to fix it). Names were not assigned correctly. And we were given incorrect information about the add-ons and the prices. So I ended up paying more for the add-ons. It was not the best experience moving to T-Mobile at this store.
