Didn't open until 11. I was there at 10. No dressing rooms open. Didn't have the size I needed. Very low inventory. Hard to even find a mirror. Won't be going back.
I went to the optical department. They were practicing the proper protecal. And I got in and out for my exam. And the lady helping me with choosing my frames was very kind. My appt was at 1. I was out by 145.

I curbpickup an online order ,ntry on the shoes ,found I needed to exchange for different size.nThe customer service lady was nice enough, but shenjust couldn't comprehend that we needed a larger shoe size. Shencredited us for the smaller shoes. So kind of
Omg -Worst shopping experience ever. Store was supposed to open at 11 o’clock by 11:15 store doors still locked. I was calling the store to ask them if they were still in business. When someone finally did open the doors they didn’t apologize to all the people standing out freezing and as we walked in the store there were barely any store inside lights on. It really looks like the store is going out of business. Many shelves were bare, inventory is very low, and there was no sales staff around to ask any questions.
