This was my first time going and I gotta say it was nice. Pretty painful because I'm not used to getting a massage at all and everything hurt but also felt good at the same time. Kept asking if I was okay and that was nice. Most times I wasn't okay but I know it was for the greater good. Had the 30minute massage and I swear it felt longer than 30 minutes but it wasn't. I'll be back for sure

Massage appointment was easy to attain. I called and was able to come in within an hour. Very different technique however, the massage was good. The massage therapist actually warmed my muscles up by getting on my back with her knees. My triggered spots do feel a lot better. Don’t expect the Ritz Carlton of massage parlors in terms of appearance, the room is decent and straight to point, with a heater and music inside. The only thing I did not like is the pressure to give a tip. I was ushered back to the receipt to add “additional” tip as I was opening the door to leave.
