This my first time coming and they are VERY slow been here more then an hour. People came after means left before me. The lady at the desk is nice tho. They just slow

I've come in 3 times for the same tire and I've been serviced 1. The first time I waited 30 minutes with no one addressing my issue. The 2nd, I was waited on after 15 minute wait. Told that it was a simple issue and fixed. 3rd time brought me back for the same tire. I waited 50 minutes and never serviced. This place place has poor communication and always short staffed. I will never attempt to patronize this business again and will recommend the same to my friends & family.ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

Paid for at least 5 tires since they’ve been there and the short Hispanic male never speaks and is rude. Walks right past and never response to questions. Told the owner and he didn’t care..IM NEVER COMING BACK. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

I've passed this place for many years. You could say that I have the gift for businesses that operate on BS. One day I had a flat tire and I could see the place from where I was with a flat. I didnt want to but i decided it's the closest tire shop and I've got to get going. I drove on a flat to this place. The guy that changed my tire was professional and he put on my donut spare. He said you need all new Tires. I said ...I know but I usually get my tires at Walmart but they haven't opened their Auto Department yet. He went on to say that we have great used and new Tires at a reasonable price. So I tell the guy I will come back and get a set of four new Tires because i need tires very bad and I want new tires on to be ready for winter. Soon after...I did go back to purchase a set of four new tires....but I still did not want to spend my money here....I was still getting a bad vibe and this particular guy was professional. On the return visit I find out later that he is one of the managers.nSo I get the new tires and they are not as reasonable as they would have been had I purchased from Walmart...ok... Fine! Five months go past and the two front tires are looking bald. I called and asked about the warranty on the new tires. Well, it depends on what brand the girl on the phone says. I give the brand of the tires and the young lady could not tell me anything. I finally go in person. The same nice guy looks at the tires and says the right passenger side is more warn than the left but we cant replace them with new tires because we will lose money. I hear this and I'm not happy. So I've already decided in my head this is so wrong but I will have him put a decent used tire on but I will not come back...I say to myself. The front driver tire was warn very bad too...but he didn't feel it was that bad. I finally went back the following week and spoke to the same guy..the manager. I said to him that I needed the other front tire changed too....i have no traction at all. So he has one of his guys...one that always has an attitude to replace the front driver tire with a used tire and it's not even a match with the front passenger side tire. So I have two different in the front and the two new ones in the rear...which Its time to replace them as well.nnSimply put... I will not be returning here. If you are not going to honor the warranty then you should not be operating a business. I am not trying to save your business money....I am looking out to save myself money. I rated two stars because the manager stayed professional everytime I spoke with him.nI would say go at your on risk. Very disappointed.nnNow it makes sense why I continued to drive pass the business for so long. ud83dude12
