When I tell you I had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever in a store, I gave these people hell over something they had no control over...UPS screwed my order, But Isabel Hope spelled right and her staff not only matched my anger and frustration with get this not soft words but firm words and let me know they understood my situation and now how can we help.....took 2 days and I got my stuff, Could of been 1 day, But I didn't want a clear case, and they was amazing I dealt with 2 different people and Isabel and they never acted to busy or not involved.....I love it and Ill never doubt they products again as my phone went through a windshield last night and not 1 scratch on it. An amazing Staff. Highly Recommend!!!!!
They are all very nice, but since Moe left there are no more nice deals for customers like me 15yrs customer
I love sibley i always come to see my buddy Marques he is very professional and have patience. i built a real relationship with them over there. I NEVER go to another store but sibley.
