Sue is the best! Took my son in to add him to my account and get him an iPhone for his bday! Decided to up grade my phone while I was at it. Didn't have my phone in Sue was gonna order it but it was gonna take too long to get to me so her and a coworker found my phone at a nearby store and went and picked it up for me. My sons iphone wasn't gonna be in till the next day. But Sue told us exactly when to come and had everything ready, and she even called me to let me know the phone was ready to go. My son installed his screen protector wrong and actually ended up having the wrong case went back and Sue corrected all the issues fast and easy. Best customer server experience EVER!

We were there to get iPhones switched to T-Mobile for our parents and were helped right away. I must say Nyjah (sorry for misspell) was truly a huge help and a true joy as a person. She was extremely helpful with all 3 parents and went above and beyond in my opinion with her help, kindness and great personality. Thank u for all your great help! T-Mobile is lucky to have u!
