We recently bought a new King sized bed at your store. We just want to let you know that we are so pleased with our entire experience with this store.nOur salesperson Corey was wonderful to do business with. He made the transaction so easy, from selection to delivery went smoothly.nThe gentlemen that delivered and set up the bed were courteous and professional.nWe would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone shopping for a new mattress.
So I went to Mattress Firm on 41st St, and wasn't looking forward to it. Mattress shopping sucks; but we needed a new bed and it had to be done.... Surprisingly we ended up spending 3 hours there (our fault for needing help making decisions lol) and loved every second of it. Cody was super helpful, considerate, honest, and patient with us. He was genuine and talked about himself and us and it was great. He went to bat for us to get exactly what we needed, not necessarily what they usually offer or combine together. We are stoked to try our new bed (will be shipped to the store here soon!!). And we highly recommend Cody at Mattress Firm.

The customer service was outstanding! Cody was quick to help me with all my questions and left me feeling confident with my decision. I love my new king sized bed that is comfy and yet affordable!
We had such a great time with Anna and Paul at this location. Anna knows her stuff!!! If you don't know much about mattresses, she is the one to go to. It's always a little skeptical going into a store where salesman are trying to meet their quota, but there was only genuine care about our needs, and it showed. We definitely recommend going to this specific store for any of your mattress/sleep needs.
