Took advantage of a great sale and had some great service to go along with it. I can't wait till my 2 year old daughter gets to play on her new playground
Our son had a wonderful 2nd birthday party at Rainbow! It was perfect for a range of ages with all the options in activities they have. The kids were able to play in multiple playgrounds which ranged in age levels as well as a safe trampoline and peddle cars. The kids were entertained for the entire two hour time slot. The party room was also incredibly accomplishing for setting up and holding guests items. We all had a phenomenal time and highly recommend it. The staff was also incredibly accommodating.
Wife and I decided to look into Rainbow play sets. They were super helpful throughout the process. Rainbow came out this weekend to install everything and the kiddos couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!
So happy we went with Rainbow - this playset is solid, well made and will grow with the kids. Setup and installation was well worth the extra cost
I would leave zero stars if that were possible. This will be our 7th week waiting of an estimated 3-4 week wait. We had no problem giving a 50% deposit when requested but still no response. No one in their office has a clue what going on. Nothing but incompetent individuals who never do anything they say they will, like show up or call when something changes. I am so disappointed in this company. Product has such great reviews, I wouldn’t know personally since we haven’t gotten ours yet but it’s not like these things are cheap. For the money I expect way more out of a company like this.nJune 19 updatenIt only took a day since my review to receive a call from upper management apologizing for the delay. For which I am very appreciative. I am assured I am on the fast track to getting our play structure, I will continue to update the review as we move along. Final review and final star rating will reflect overall experience with staff and workmanship of the installation.
