The employee who helped us was kind, however when we went to upgrade we were told that we would have to pay the remaining amount of our current lease and trade in the phone to upgrade. This seemed odd since the iPhone forever plan allows you to upgrade every 12 months just by turning in the phone. We declined and contacted sprint customer service online. Sure enough, we were able to upgrade just fine without having to pay off the rest of our lease. I don’t why the stores system would be any different from the online system, but it is concerning that we would’ve paid $120 for no reason had we not questioned it. From now on, we will be doing our upgrades online.
