I don't use Verizon but I stopped into this store to help my older cousin who has had issues with his phone and service at another Verizon shop. Tyler could not have been nicer or more helpful. She took time to explain our options and was so patient kind and knowledgeable. I will go back just to have her continue to help my cousin or if I decide to change carriers! Thanks Tyler!
Fabulous service! Gabriel was a star! I am not very tech savvy and he was very helpful. I spent an hour on the phone with Verizon and they couldn’t fix my phone. Gabriel did it in less than5 minutes! This is the store to go to. Jay was helpful, also.
These guys are great -- smart, super-helpful, and patient whatever the issue. They'll explain different plan options, give you detailed comparisons of hardware, or just help solve phone problems. Gabriel helped figure out the mystery of why my Gmail app kept crashing. (android app was causing the error)
This 5 star review is long time coming!! I have had multiple issues with my elder parents phones. Tyler has been Amazing! Every step of the way, she is very knowledgeable and explained my options.
