I had an excellent experience with this T - mobile store 7 weeks ago! Steve solved my issue with great knowledge, friendliness and speed. He told me about a plan I should consider, explained everything precisely, so I could understand. That’s why I gave the store on Main Street 5 stars!
My daughter was having a hard time down loading apps and we went to 3 different T-Mobile stores and no one was able to help her so we stopped in on Main Street in Evanston and a young lady by the name Alexis helped us with no problem. Thank you!! and Great customer service, with a smile and Chris as well keep up the great work.
they are clueless and will not be returning to this store anytime in the future
I would definitely recommend you ask for Ulices if you shop here. I went to another T-Mobile near by and the service was sub par at best. But with Ulices I felt comfortable. He was able to answer any questions I had and gave me personalized help in selecting my phone plan as well as my new phone. I have been a repeat customer of Ulices cause of the great service he provides, yesterday was my 3rd phone bought through him! Definitely work with Ulices!
