16 Jan 2021. This location was formerly a Sprint — was really helpful with regard to the transition. The team was thorough and the staff were very friendly while they did their best to help. Location was very COVID-conscious and kept customers a safe distance apart! Positive experience overall :)

Went in today to take advantage of the iPhone promotion going on. The short of it is that Chris.Was.AWESOME. He was knowledgeable, personable, and attentive to all of our needs. The other two employees Luis and Haithem were also very nice, and in my opinion were great to the customers they took care of.nnI really hope that Sprint customer service reads this and sees that the experience we had was superb. That being said...Give these three guys a raise!!! Seriously. I obviously don’t even know how much they make it they deserve to be rewarded for their work ethic and care.nnWe will definitely visit this store for all of our future needs.

Terrible service, as has become the normal with Sprint. Called this location and they offered me one thing, then when I went in, they denied ever receiving a phone call and told me the deal was expired. Was hoping for help to resolve an issue, but all they did was waste my time. Totally done with this pathetic company.

The worst experience ever!!!!!!!nI had an issue I tried to solve it on the phone but they asked me to go to the store and talk to the manager they might be able to help you! I walked in asked for the manager! Long story short! The manager (David) even didn’t let me talk!! He was like I cannot do anything!!! At store we just sale phones I cannot do anything!!! Finally I called and she transferred me to a department that cannot deal with customers they need to talk to Sprint representatives, I’ve asked the guy (Frank) and he was like I don’t know I cannot talk!!! I was like she need to talk to one of you please ask manager !!! And he was like is on the phone! I’ll wait!! He’ll be on the phone until 2:30 and it was 11 am!!! The lady on the phone asked me to put her on the speaker and I did but he was still like I don’t talk I don’t know!!! OH MY GOD!!!!!! Never seen such a thing in my entire life!!!!!!!!!!! They didn’t want to help at all!!!!!!!! The worst experience ever!!!!!!
