Shawn was most helpful in helping me with my computer issues. I also appreciated how, before he started working on my PC, he explained what the potential issues may or may not be and which issues could be addressed and which could not.
I have been using HPC for years and years and years. They are so necessary to our lives. I cannot think of using anyone else.

The guys here are awesome and super knowledgeable on computer and laptop stuff. Above all, I appreciate how honest they have been with me. I've taken my laptop in a couple times and they've told me exactly what needs to be done and how much it will cost, without charging me for a diagnosis. I've come here for the last 4 years and keep coming back every time!
