I was having a problem with my new phone and had no clue how to fix it. I walked into this store and was approached by this nice young man named Brian. Brian was very swift in helping me solve my issue and he was very knowledgeable. Overall I’m very happy with the experience and customer service provided at this store. I feel safe and comfortable now that I know can come back here and get great service. Thank you to Brian and Verizon! Great job

Had multiple issues with my phone. Frustrated after being bounced around from store to store unable to fix the issue. Came here and fixed it without a problem. Costumer service is was great and made you feel welcomed; especially from the employee Brian. Thank you will for sure go straight here next time
