This evening was the best experience I’ve had at an AT&T BY FAR. When you go in, ask for Jon. He helped quickly resolve my problems and was exceptionally knowledgeable about the products and services. I left with such a great phone and such a great feeling. 10/10: Would recommend
Great experience, Jon & Nolan are amazing. Not only did they help me get a new phone, they transferred all my data and saved me $10 a month over what I was paying before with a newer plan. Thank you both for the help.
Yesterday when I went into this store, Jon helped me get a new phone and got it all set up for me. He even gave me a tutorial on the new IOS operating system. This was the best service I had at an AT&T.
Staff is very helpful and nice. We didn't have to wait to get help with our phone. Great store
I was the only customer and I found the employee to unprofessional. I walked in and he remained seated. He didn't listen to me the first time I explained my issue and proceeded to ask me if I'd tried steps to fix my phone... even though I just told him I did all those things. I left the store without my problem being resolved.nnI was so frustrated I ended up switching to Xfinity Mobile and I haven't looked back since. Good riddance!
