Genuinely the most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever used. I have had two scripts sitting there for a month, waiting for them to be approved through my insurance, they were approved little less than two weeks ago, I went to pick them up today because I finally had the chance to, and they aren’t even filled. I also called in a script to be filled at 7am this morning and that one isn’t filled either. All three medications are needed to prevent and treat chronic migraines due to strokes and I cannot function without them. This is unacceptable.
They are negligent, combative, and do not have a problem withholding vital medications from customers, even if it is due to their own mistakes. Be careful with these crass people.
