I had a great experience today at the South 6th street location! I was taken care of as soon as I walked in the door! Isaac walked me through what I needed and took care of everything seamlessly! The other guys were very friendly and helpful as well! I would definitely recommend this place 100%!

Polite, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful staff. I bypass several offices that are closer to go to the 6th Street office.

Returned two phones here for a trade in promo and AT&T is not honoring one of them because they can’t find the returned device. This is absurd! Someone working here is not doing their job correctly.
