Great service and products, super easy process and the employees couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, A+
I had an awesome customer/consumer experience today as a customer of rent one! They were very polite and very knowledgeable on the items I was interested in and I walked away with a great deal and there was no hassle at all. It was a sweet deal and the process didn't take long at all, just pick what you like, fill out short application and see what they can do for you and that's it! If I had all thumbs as fingers I would give them 10 thumbs up!!!
The customer service staff have been extremely helpful. When they realized the couch I wanted was out of stock for a while they worked to find me a suitable substitute. I ended up liking the new one they found better.

The convenience of ordering online, the personal communication with the employees & the ease of the entire transaction is bar none. The staff is always friendly & ready to assist in any way possible & always work with us! We also love that they remember who we are when we call and are greeted as friends, not customers. The items, if pre-owned, are always in great condition but typically we receive them brand new. We love Rent One and will always choose them!!
