I had a huge issue with this store and called the help hotline. Spoke with someone on the phone after waiting 20 minutes to get someone. I was told the area manager was going to call me so I could explain to him what happened. That was almost a month ago now and still no call from area manager. It's a poorly run business with employees that will treat you like dirt. Don't go in and ask for any kind of assistance because they will be quick to just say oh you can't pay me right this moment ok we're taking your stuff. I'm not talking a month late but 3 days. 3 days and they threaten to take my item I was renting.. think about it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Arron's may be higher priced but it's worth it. Same with rent to own. Or rent one. Heck go to a pawn shop and you will get treated better then Rent a Center.

Great service! Caleb made sure we were taken care of. The bed set isn't in yet but he had the bed brought to us so we could have something amazing to sleep on. The delivery guys Brandon and his coworker were very professional and nice!

Horrible Experience Will Send You Damaged Products and swindle you out of your money.The guy on the phone is rude and disgusting Do not recommend to anyone ever.
